The practical rules for using this website and its original music and materials.

1. Website use

You may browse this website and use its links for lawful personal purposes. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the site, introduce malicious code, scrape it abusively, or falsely represent Focusarium or Focusarium Studios.

2. Music and website materials

Focusarium Studios owns or licenses the original music, artwork, writing, branding, and website materials presented here. Streaming a release does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce, distribute, sample, synchronize, remix, sell, or commercially use it.

3. Licensing

For synchronization, commercial use, collaboration, or another licensing request, contact hello@focusarium.com. Permission is valid only when confirmed in writing by an authorized representative.

4. Third-party services

Streaming platforms, social networks, YouTube, and physical-music retailers control their own services, accounts, payments, availability, rules, and privacy practices. Focusarium is not responsible for their outages, changes, or actions.

5. Availability and accuracy

Release availability, platform links, physical formats, shipping, and other information may change. Reasonable efforts are made to keep the website accurate, but uninterrupted operation or availability on every outside platform is not guaranteed.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available without guarantees beyond rights that cannot legally be excluded. Focusarium Studios is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or an outside service.
